Client Access

Any merchant that is a member of PAYBOX SERVICES may access its "control panel" or 'back-office". This limited access management console contains pages which allow a merchant to carry out the following operations:

  • Display and modify the parameters and information regarding the site
  • Display/Print its cash receipts journal
  • Display/Print attempted payments (either accepted or refused)
  • Obtain a precise reason for the rejection in the event of a refused payment
  • The possibility of cancelling a registered payment (before remote retrieval)
  • The possibility of modifying (downwards) the amount of a registered payment (before remote retrieval)
  • Manage deferred payments
  • Manage your subscriptions (if an option has been subscribed)
  • Manually input a CB payment
  • The possibility of making a Reimbursement/Credit
  • Supplement your own "hot card" list

By using the back-office, you have the means to follow your business activity and improve your productivity at all times.

All the merchant has to do is connect using the navigator of his choice and enter the name and password allotted to him by PAYBOX SERVICES under the following addresses:
